rise sharply in premarket trading after bitcoin  BTC=  rallies
4% to touch a two-year high
    ** Crypto exchange Coinbase Global  COIN.O  rises 8.1%,
while blockchain farm operator Bitfarms Ltd  BITF.O  up 10.6%
    ** Crypto miners: Riot Platforms Inc  RIOT.O  Marathon
Digital  MARA.O , U.S.-listed shares of Hut 8  HUT.O , and Bit
Digital  BTBT.O  up 8.2%-8.5%
    ** Software firm and BTC buyer MicroStrategy  MSTR.O  up
6.7% 
    ** BTC mining machine makers Ebang International  EBON.O 
and Canaan Inc  CAN.O  up 5.6% and 11.6%, respectively  
    ** ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF  BITO.P  adds 4.5%
    ** BTC up 21% YTD compared with a 17.4% increase in the MVIS
