rise premarket after the world's biggest cryptocurrency surges
above $65,000
    ** Bitcoin  BTC=  rallies over 4% to a two-year high on
Monday as a wave of money carried it within striking distance of
record levels
    ** Ether  ETH=  rises 2.6% to $3520
    ** Crypto exchange Coinbase Global  COIN.O  rises 7.0%,
while Blockchain farm operator Bitfarms Ltd  BITF.O  up 8.9%
    ** Crypto miners: Riot Platforms Inc  RIOT.O , Marathon
Digital  MARA.O , U.S.-listed shares of Hut 8  HUT.O , and Bit
Digital  BTBT.O  up 5.7%-7.9%
    ** Software firm and BTC buyer MicroStrategy  MSTR.O  gain
8.3%
    ** BTC mining machine maker Canaan Inc  CAN.O  up 7.4%
    ** ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF  BITO.P  adds 3.8%
    ** BTC has risen nearly 53% so far this year compared with a
3.1% increase in the MVIS CryptoCompare Digital Assets 100 Index
