** Pharmaceutical co's stock is at its lowest level since May 2

** Set for worst intraday pct drop since late Feb

** Sybos Holdings announces block trade sale of 27 mln EBOS shares; upon completion, it'll reduce its stake to 4.9%

** Trading volume at around 330,190 shares, more than 5x its 30-day average

** EBO's ASX shares up 1.4% YTD, including the day's moves

** Co's NZX listing EBO.NZ falls 4.29% to NZ$37.280, its lowest level since May 7 as of 0419 GMT
