U.S. stocks were set to open higher on Thursday after strong earnings outlooks
from companies such as Macy's, while data confirmed the U.S. economy contracted
in the first-quarter, quelling some worries about aggressive rate hikes.  .N 
    
    At 9:03 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.64% at 32,282. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.57% at 3,999.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.23%
at 11,969.75.
