ECO Animal Health Group plc (AIM: EAH), a leading global animal health company developing and marketing branded veterinary products to improve livestock productivity and welfare, announces that on 16 July 2026 David Hallas, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 22,346 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 89.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this, David Hallas holds 225,387 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.33 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
