As indicated in the Circular to shareholders dated 4 February 2021 concerning the LTIP, these initial awards under the LTIP are subject to performance conditions being met that have been set by the Company's Remuneration Committee and relate to Total Shareholder Return ("TSR"), adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation ("Adjusted EBITDA") and Research and development ("R&D"). Subject to performance conditions being met, awards will vest after the end of a three year vesting period.
