Director/PDMR Dealings

 

ECO Animal Health Group plc, a leader in the development, registration and
marketing of pharmaceutical products for global animal health markets, has
been notified that on 18 March 2022, Christopher Wilks, Chief Financial
Officer, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 140 pence per share.

 

Following this transaction, Christopher Wilks' total interest in the Company
is 74,095 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
