Director/PDMR Dealings

 

ECO Animal Health Group plc, a leader in the development, registration and
marketing of pharmaceutical products for global animal health markets, has
been notified that on 29 November 2022, David Hallas, Chief Executive Officer,
purchased 20,394 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 98.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction, David Hallas' total interest in the Company is
53,394 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the
Company's total issued share capital.
