REVISED NOTICE OF RESULTS

 

ECO Animal Health Group plc, a leader in the development, registration and
marketing of pharmaceutical products for global animal health markets, today
announces a revised date for the publication of its preliminary results for
the year ended 31 March 2022.

The Company's auditor, BDO LLP, has requested additional time to complete its
audit completion procedures.  As a result, the Company now expects to
announce its final results on 31 August 2022.

As previously announced in the trading update on 8 August 2022, the Group
expects to report full-year results for the year ended 31 March 2022 with
revenue of approximately £82.2 million (2021: £105.6 million) and an EBITDA
of approximately £6.4 million which includes an exchange rate gain of £1.0
million.

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Group to
