Eco Buildings Appoints Former Construction Minister Dr Nigel Griffiths as
Strategic Adviser on Ministerial Engagement

Eco Buildings, a UK-listed modular construction company specialising in
sustainable GFRG-based building systems, is pleased to announce that Dr Nigel
Griffiths, Chairman of Ecofill Group Limited and former UK Construction
Minister and Member of Parliament for Edinburgh South, is now advising the
Company on ministerial engagement and public policy as it prepares for
significant international expansion; and in particular heightened interest in
the UK as a result of the significant progress globally.

Dr Griffiths' advisory support comes at a time when Eco Buildings Plc is
entering new markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South
America, working with governments, developers, and institutional partners to

As former Construction Minister, Dr Griffiths oversaw UK housing,
infrastructure, and energy efficiency initiatives, launching several flagship
programmes that linked sustainable policy goals with private-sector
innovation. In his subsequent business career, including as Chairman of
Ecofill, he has championed greener construction practices and low-impact
materials development for the UK market.

At Eco Buildings, Dr Griffiths will provide strategic advice on public policy
engagement, government liaison services, and stakeholder relations, supporting
the Company's wider commitment to improving transparency in working with
public bodies and international funders. His perspective will help ensure Eco
