Update re. Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Further to the announcement made on 29 June 2023, Eco Buildings Group plc
(AIM: ECOB), provides the following update in relation to its Annual Report
and Financial statements for its financial year ended 31 December 2022.

The Company is currently working with its auditors, PKF Littlejohn LLP, to
complete the audit. Due to the late commencement of the process, completion of
the audit is expected in mid-September, assuming no unforeseen issues arise.

As a result, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will continue to
be suspended pending publication of the 2022 Annual Report.

Suspension from trading will be lifted with the publication of the 2022 Annual
Report.

Notwithstanding the temporary suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary
shares, the Company will continue to make announcements as and when there are
developments that requirement announcement in accordance with its obligations
under the AIM rules.
