Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc (the "Company")

B Share scheme return of capital

Further to the Company's announcement dated 12 May 2026 relating to a return
of capital to shareholders via an issue and immediate redemption of B Shares
(the "B Share Return"), the Company confirms that it will return $9,999,954 to
shareholders through the issue and immediate redemption of 9,999,954 B Shares
of $1 each pursuant to the B Share Return.

Payment to shareholders will be made in Sterling at the rate of £1:$1.3626
and is expected to be made by 22 May 2026. The amount to be returned will be
equivalent to approximately £0.05315003 per Ordinary Share held.
