May 7 (Reuters) - Ecosuntek SpA  ECKS.MI : 
    * Said on Wednesday it will distribute bonus shares to 
holders of its ordinary shares in relation to the capital 
increase approved on November 21, 2013 
    * Bonus share ratio is 1 ordinary share for every 10 shares 
subscribed during the capital increase 
    * Bonus share application date is June 30, 2015 
    * Bonus shares to be distributed by 30 days after the
