Australia's ECS Botanics rises on swing to HY profit

** Shares of ECS Botanics  ECS.AX  rise as much as 13.6% to
A$0.025, set for best day since Feb. 1, if gains hold     
    ** Medicinal cannabis co says it swung to a half-year profit
of A$1.2 million ($784,440.00), from a loss of A$1.4 million a
year ago
    ** Co reported a 70% increase in HY revenue from ordinary
activities    
    ** 4.7 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 1.8 mln    
    ** ECS down 2.2% YTD as of last close
