** Shares of ECS Botanics  ECS.AX  rise as much as 4.2% to
A$0.025, their highest level since Jan 16
    ** The medical cannabis co secured A$9.3 mln ($6.10
mln)agreement with Rokshaw Ltd for three years
    ** Co says agreement is to supply medical cannabis dried
flower
    ** More than 4.4 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 743,075 shares
    ** Stock has risen 6.7% this year, as of last close
    
    ($1 = 1.5239 Australian dollars)
