April 11 (Reuters) - ED Invest SA  EDIP.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that it signed an investment agreement with 
Goclaw Lotnisko Housing Cooperative concerning construction of 
residential and service buildings 
    * Estimated net costs of investment is between 71.5 million 
zlotys and 104 million zlotys ($17.84 million - $25.95 million)
