Brief: Edding FY16 consolidated sales at 143.0 mln euros

March 31 (Reuters) - Edding AG  EDDG_p.F : 
    * FY net profit in the individual financial statements of 
edding ag amounted to 7.1 million euros ($7.59 million), which 
was significantly higher than in the previous year (5.4 million 
euros) 
    * In 2016, according to provisional figures, consolidated 
sales of 143.0 million euros (previous year: 138.4 million 
euros) 
    * Expect 2017 group EBIT of over 10.0 million euros 
    * Sees 2017 revenues between 147.0 million and 155.0 million 
euros 
    * Proposes dividend of 2.15 euros per preference share and 
2.10 euros per ordinary share 
    * Group EBIT for 2017 is expected to be in the range of 10.5 
million to 13.0 million euros
