** Shares of Edelweiss Financial Services EDEL.NS rise
4.5% to 114 rupees
** EDEL reported a 45% y/y rise in Q2 consol net profit, and
total revenue rose 31%
** Co's shares, which were largely flat ahead of the
results, rose as much as 6% afterward
** Stock up 45% YTD, after more than doubling in 2023
