Edgewell Personal Care falls after annual profit forecast cut

** Shares of sunscreen maker Edgewell Personal Care EPC.N down ~4% at $19.90 in early trading

** Co cuts annual profit forecast, which includes restructuring and repositioning-related costs

** In full fiscal year, co expects to incur-pre-tax charges of about $65 million vs $49 million estimated earlier

** Expects adjusted earnings per share to be in range of $1.70 to $2.10 vs prior forecast of  $2.15 to $2.55, on consolidated basis

** Co says outlook reflects 44 cents per share reduction from classifying feminine care business as discontinued operations

** EPC posts quarterly adjusted loss of 16 cents per share - excluding recently divested feminine care business - vs loss of 10 cents posted a year ago

** Stock fell about 49% in 2025
