** Shares of sunscreen maker Edgewell Personal Care EPC.N down as much as 17% at $24.93 - lowest since April 2020

** Co expects fiscal 2025 organic net sales growth to be flat to 1% vs. prior forecast of 1% to 3% rise

** Sees adjusted earnings per share in the range of $2.09 to $2.29 vs previous expectations of $2.54 to $2.74

** If losses hold, stock set for worst day since March 2020

** Co says outlook includes impact of tariffs and outlines actions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and restructure, including changes in Mexico

** Expects to incur pre-tax charges of about $33 million for FY25

** Posts Q2 net sales of $580.7 million vs analysts' estimates of $590.8 million, as per data compiled by LSEG

** Logs adjusted profit of 87 cents per share vs estimates of 90 cents

** Up to last close, stock down 10.7% YTD
