Property Investment Co EPICE.L rise as much as 12.4% at 68.8p;
stock among top pct gainers on FTSE small-cap index .FTSC
** EPICE says it is undertaking a strategic review of all
options, including sale
** Adds its preference is merger with one or more real
estate investment trusts (REITs); not in discussions with any
potential bidder
** Stock among top pct gainers on FTSE small-cap index
** If gains hold, stock set to post biggest intra-day pct
gain in almost five months
** As of last close, stock up 1.6% YTD
