Cairo, April 16, 2022

In light of the resolution adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Edita
Food Industries SAE convened on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 approving the
proposed profit distribution, the Company announces that the dividend
distribution announcement approved by Misr for Central Clearing, Depository
and Registry (MCDR) will be published in the newspapers on April 15 2022.
