Edita Food Industries - Announcement on 2nd Tranche Dividend Distribution

 

Cairo, August 20, 2025

 

With reference to the Company's disclosure dated 9 April 2025 regarding the
distribution of dividend coupon no. (23) in two equal installments to the
Company's shareholders holding shares till the trading session dated
27/04/2025, of which the first installment was distributed on 30/04/2025, and
the second installment was scheduled to be distributed on 20/11/2025.

 

Please be informed that the payment date of the second installment of dividend
coupon no. (23), amounting to EGP 0.571488851 per share, has been brought
forward to be on 10/09/2025 instead of 20/11/2025.

 

The amendment of the payment date of the second installment of dividend coupon
no. (23) will be published in the newspapers on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
