Dear Sirs,

In furtherance of the resolutions of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting
held on 28 March 2024, and the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on
16 April 2025, an announcement regarding the distribution of free shares for
holders and purchasers of the share until the end of the trading session on
Wednesday 4 June 2025, will be published on Wednesday 21 May 2025 in two (2)
newspapers (Alam El Yawm and Al Mal News).

The free shares will be distributed starting from Thursday 5 June 2025. In
case the date of the free shares' distribution falls on an official holiday,
the distribution date will be made on the first following business day.

A shareholders' announcement regarding the forgoing as well as a letter
evidencing the newspaper reservation to publish such announcement are
submitted at the trading department at the Egyptian Stock Exchange on Tuesday
20 May 2025.
