Edita's Dividends Distribution Proposal for the year 2022

Cairo, 28 February 2023

1.  The proposal for dividends distribution for the fiscal year ending
31st  December 2022, entails a total of EGP 400 million from the Company's
profits to shareholders. This is equivalent to a coupon of 0.553 per share.
The proposal to be presented to the ordinary general meeting for its approval.
