Edita Food Industries S.A.E. ("the Company") would like to disclose the
receival of Mr. Hassan Mohammad Hassan El-Khatib's resignation from his
position as a member in the Company's Board of Directors, as well as his
position in the committees emanating from the Board of Directors in light of
his assumption of the position of Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade in
the new ministerial formation. His resignation has been presented to the
Company's Board of Directors to take all necessary procedures in this regard.

 

The Company would also like to extend its sincere appreciation for the efforts
he provided to the Company during his term as a member of the Board of
Directors, with our sincere wishes for his success and prosperity.
