Edita Food Industries - Summary of Resolutions of the Board of Directors
Meeting of the Company convened on 10/1/2023

Cairo 10/1/2023

Edita Food Industries SAE ("the Company") announces that the Board of
Directors Meeting of the Company convened on 10/1/2023 and unanimously
resolved the following resolutions:

1.    The Board of Directors' unanimously approved the minutes of the
previous Board of Directors Meeting (No. 166) dated 14/11/2022.

2.    The Board of Directors unanimously approved the sale of 825 used
twinkies trays (the big size) owned by Edita food industries S.A.E to Edita
Food Industries Morocco with an amount of EUR 83,500 (eighty three thousand
and five hundred Euros), equivalent to around EGP 2.4 million, in addition to
delegating the Chairman of Board of Directors or any person he authorizes to
take all the necessary procedures and sign the final contracts and take all
necessary procedures to finalize this matter as well as representing the
Company before all governmental authorities and third parties.
