    ** JP Morgan, Cowen and Evercore acting as jt bookrunners
    ** EDIT closed down 3.3% at $11.09 on Weds
    ** Stock has gained 15.5% since co on Jun 9 reported
positive initial data from blood disorder treatment trials
    ** Co has 69 mln shares outstanding, per Refinitiv data
    ** YTD, stock up 25%
