NOTICE OF REDEMPTION AND DELISTING

The Issuer hereby gives notice that, on 2 March 2020, it redeemed the Notes in full pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Notes.
The Issuer hereby requests the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin delists the Notes from the official list and cancels trading on its regulated market. This notice is effective immediately.
