Swiss stocks - Factors to watch on Dec 23

ZURICH, Dec 23 (Reuters) - The following are some of the 
main factors expected to affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday: 
       
    COMPANY STATEMENTS  CPR-CH  
    * Actelion  ATLN.VX  said it had submitted a new drug 
application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, seeking 
approval for selexipag for the treatment of patients with 
pulmonary arterial hypertension.  ATLN.VX  
    * Oerlikon  OERL.S  said it had agreed to sell its Advanced 
Technologies Segment to Evatec AG. Both parties have agreed not 
to disclose the purchase price, the company said.  OERL.S  
    * Kudelski  KUD.S  said it had strengthened its 
collaboration with upc cablecom in Switzerland.  KUD.S  
    * EEII  EIC.S  named Andres Heusser as its new chief 
executive. Heusser will assume the role on Jan. 1.  EIC.S  
    * Goldbach Group  GBMN.S  said it had agreed to sell its 67 
percent stake in Wilmaa to its founder Thomas Gabathuler.
