RNS Number : 8337B eEnergy Group PLC 24 March 2025

24 March 2025

eEnergy Group plc

("eEnergy", "the Company" or "the Group")

Two new education contracts secured worth £572k, backed by NatWest operating
lease funding.

Appointed to LASER Public Sector Framework for LED Lighting.

eEnergy Group plc (AIM: EAAS), a leading provider of energy efficiency and
renewable energy solutions, is pleased to announce two new LED lighting
contracts with a combined Total Contract Value (TCV) of £571,965. Both
projects are being delivered through eEnergy's fully funded, off-balance sheet
operating lease model in partnership with NatWest. The Group is also pleased
to confirm its appointment to the LASER Public Sector Framework for LED
Lighting, enhancing its public sector delivery credentials.

Landau Forte Charitable Trust - £271,938

eEnergy has been awarded a third LED lighting project by Landau Forte Trust,
this time at its Sixth Form in Tamworth. The upgrade covers 1,437 fittings,
including 534 dimmable and 337 emergency luminaires. The project will reduce
lighting energy use by 66%, delivering annual savings of £47,664 and net
savings of £17,448 from year one. Carbon emissions will be cut by 33 tonnes
annually-the equivalent of 1,559 trees or 3.1 acres of forest.

Synergy Multi Academy Trust - £300,027

eEnergy has secured an initial £300,027 contract to upgrade lighting across
five schools within the 15-school Synergy Multi Academy Trust. The project
includes 1,582 new LED fittings, expected to reduce energy consumption by 59%
and generate carbon savings of 41.3 tonnes per year-equivalent to 1,973 trees
or 4.8 acres of forest. First-year net savings total £11,568, with projected
ten-year savings of £130,060.

Both projects are funded via eEnergy's IFRS-compliant operating lease model in
partnership with NatWest-allowing MATs to realise immediate energy and cost
savings without upfront capital investment.

Appointment to LASER Public Sector Framework for LED Lighting

eEnergy has been appointed to the LASER Framework, a fully compliant
procurement route for public sector bodies, including schools, NHS trusts, and
local authorities. This appointment enhances eEnergy's access to public sector
opportunities and affirms its credentials as a trusted Net Zero delivery
partner.

Benefits of LED Lighting for Public Sector Organisations:

· Energy Savings: Reduce electricity consumption by up to 70%,
delivering substantial cost reductions.

· Enhanced Light Quality: Brighter, more comfortable spaces
support improved learning and working environments.

· Extended Lifespan: LED fittings last over 10 years, cutting
ongoing maintenance costs.

· Carbon Reduction: Significant progress toward Net Zero targets
through lower emissions.

About LASER Energy:

LASER Energy supports public sector organisations with energy procurement,
management services, and Net Zero consultancy. Its LED Lighting Framework
offers a compliant, competitive procurement route to access specialist
providers with deep sector knowledge and proven delivery.

Harvey Sinclair, CEO of eEnergy, commented:

"The contract wins with Landau Forte Trust and Synergy Multi Academy Trust
highlight the strength of our delivery, the power of our relationships, and
the confidence clients have in our funded model. Being awarded a third site by
Landau Forte Trust showcases how eEnergy builds trust in our client base and
the results we deliver. Having worked with a member of the Synergy Multi
Academy Trust board in a previous role, the new partnership is a great example
of our reputation following us.

"Being appointed to the LASER Framework is a testament to eEnergy's position
as a trusted Net Zero delivery partner. This inclusion not only strengthens
our reach within the public sector, particularly in education and the NHS, but
also underscores our credentials and compliance to operate effectively in this
sector. This appointment opens up a significant pipeline of opportunities,
enhancing our market presence and supporting our growth strategy.

"The Company is also pleased to note Great British Energy's announcement
regarding its first major project, installing rooftop solar panels on
approximately 200 schools and 200 NHS sites across the UK. This initiative
perfectly aligns with our mission at eEnergy and exemplifies how we can
eliminate energy waste and make Net Zero not just achievable, but profitable
for public sector organisations. It is the kind of transformative action we
champion, showing that with the right approach, we can make clean energy work
for everyone's bottom line."

digital energy services provider for B2B and public sector organisations. We
eliminate the barriers to clean energy generation and energy waste reduction,
offering solutions that don't require upfront capital investment. Our vision
is clear: make Net Zero possible and profitable for every organisation.

Our primary services include:

· Reduce: LED lighting and controls

· Charge: EV charging and management software

All eEnergy's services come with intelligent circuit-level energy analytics
and are funded through NatWest or Siemens to provide an off-balance
sheet-compliant energy-as-a-service solution.

eEnergy has completed over 1,100 decarbonisation projects within the B2B and
public sector. We are #1 in the education sector, having worked with over 840
schools, installing over half a million LED lights, and improving the learning
environment for over 443,000 students-enough to fill Wembley Stadium almost
five times over. In one year alone, eEnergy has saved the education sector
£13 million in energy costs. With over 70% of schools yet to transition to
LED lighting and over 90% yet to deploy solar, eEnergy estimates that at least
£5.4 billion would need to be invested to install adequate rooftop solar, LED
lighting, and EV charging infrastructure in UK schools.

eEnergy is a market leader within the education sector and has been awarded
the Green Economy Mark by the London Stock Exchange.
