Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Notice of General Meeting

 

eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), the net zero energy services provider, announces that it
has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June
2022 ("2022 Accounts"), which are now available on the Company's website at
https://eenergyplc.com/investors/ (https://eenergyplc.com/investors/) .

 

The Company will shortly post the 2022 Accounts to shareholders, along with a
notice convening a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") to
propose a shareholder resolution to receive and adopt the 2022 Accounts. The
General Meeting will be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP at Riverbank
House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT at 9:00am on 13 January 2023.
