eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), an Energy-as-a-Service provider delivering funded energy
infrastructure upgrades across multi-site portfolios, announces that Harvey
Sinclair has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of the
Company by mutual agreement with the Board and with immediate effect. Harvey
will leave the Group at the end of May to pursue other opportunities. As part
of the agreed transition arrangements, Harvey has agreed to waive his
outstanding 28,080,000 non-EMI share options.
John Gahan, Chief Financial Officer takes over Harvey's responsibilities as
Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis until a replacement Chief
Executive Officer can be appointed. A further announcement will be made in
due course.
Andrew Lawley, Chairman of eEnergy commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would
like to thank Harvey for his service to the Company. We will make a further
announcement about his replacement in due course."
