EGDON RESOURCES PLC ("Egdon" or the "Company")

Cancellation of Trading from the London Stock Exchange

 

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 15 September 2023 that the
Scheme has now become effective in accordance with its terms, Egdon announces
that, following an application to the London Stock Exchange, the admission to
trading on AIM of Egdon Shares has been cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m.
today, 18 September 2023.

 

It is intended that Egdon will be re-registered as a private company limited
by its shares under the relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2006.

 

Capitalised terms used in this Announcement shall, unless otherwise defined,
have the same meaning as set out in the scheme document published by Egdon on
8 June 2023 (a copy of which is available on Egdon's website).
