Rule 2.9 Announcement - Relevant Securities in Issue

 

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Egdon
(AIM: EDR), the UK Energy Company, confirms that, as at the close of business
on 17 May 2023, it has in issue and admitted to trading on the AIM market of
the London Stock Exchange, 543,983,031 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. The
Company does not hold any treasury shares.

 

Warrants are outstanding for the issue of a further 30,408,000 ordinary
shares.

 

The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of Egdon's ordinary
