Rule 2.9 Announcement - Relevant Securities in Issue Update

 

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Egdon
(AIM: EDR), following the exercise of 250,000 warrants, the Company has
allotted 250,000 new ordinary shares.

 

Following allotment, the Company has a total of 544,233,031 ordinary shares in
issue.

 

Warrants are still outstanding for the issue of a further 30,158,000 ordinary
shares.

 

The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of Egdon's ordinary
