Egdon Resources plc advises that updated and corrected documentation has been
produced in respect of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be
held on Tuesday 17 January 2023 at 11.30 a.m. at the offices of Norton Rose
Fulbright, 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ, United Kingdom.

Notice of availability of these documents has been sent to members and these
