 EGPRO.IS : 
    * Authorises the board to sign 26 million euros ($29.54 
million) loan agreement with EBRD 
    * 25 million euros of the loan with 7 years maturity, and 
annual interest rate of 3 pct + monthly EURIBOR 
    * 1 million of the loan with annual interest rate of 0.75
