Brief: Pimas Plastik to sign production agreement with Ege profil

April 3 (Reuters) - Pimas Plastik  PIMAS.IS  
    * Says to sign production agreement with company's majority 
shareholder Deceuninck NV's unit Ege Profil 
    * Company products except Pimawood will be produced by Ege 
Profil in its Kocaeli and Izmir facilities 
    * Will gradually reduce production in company facility until 
June 2016 
    * To sell production machines, molds and inventories in 
company facilities to Ege Profil 
    * To sell production facility since it will remain inactive 
after new production plan 
    * Last decision about production agreement, sale of machines 
and properties will be given at company AGM
