ALSTOM ALSO.PA:
French train manufacturer Alstom has acquired a site in Newark, Delaware, for more than $55 million to build a new facility for maintenance of Amtrak NextGen Acela trains, expected to open in summer 2028 and host approximately 100 jobs.

EIFFAGE FOUG.PA:

        French construction and concessions company Eiffage, as part of a consortium, has been awarded a contract to replace two engineering structures in Nuremberg, Germany, worth €110 million.

FORVIA FRVIA.PA:

        Automotive parts supplier Forvia elected former Saint-Gobain SGOB.PA CEO Pierre-Andre de Chalendar as chairman, replacing Michel De Rosen who stepped down after 10 years.

SCOR SCOR.PA:

        French reinsurer Scor announced results of its cash tender offer for subordinated notes, with a total nominal amount of €378.1 million tendered and accepted, with settlement on June 8, 2026.
