Shelat as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from September 01, 2016 and appointed Mrs. Bharti Isarani as Company Secretary of the Company in his place with effect from September 01, 2016. 
 
Further, the Board has appointed Mr. N.D. Shelat as CFO of the Company with effect from September 01, 2016.
