Nov 20 (Reuters) - Einhell Germany AG  EING_p.DE : 
    * Says at end of year expects revenues of about 410 million 
euros and a pre-tax yield without considering purchase price 
allocation - effects of 1 pct to 1.5 pct 
    * Says business will show no upturn in Q4 so forecast as at 
Dec. 31 will be adapted 
    * 9-month revenues of around 325.4 million euros decreased 
slightly around 3.3 million euros (previous year 328.7 million 
euros) 
    * Says without including effects out of purchase price 
allocation 9-month earnings before tax amount to 9.0 million 
euros
