Brief: Einhell Germany FY 2015 net income up at EUR 7.4 million

April 25 (Reuters) - Einhell Germany AG  EING_p.DE : 
    * In 2015 Einhell generated revenue of 443.8 million euros 
($499.50 million)(previous year 416.4 million) 
    * FY EBIT has increased in comparison with previous year and 
amount to 13.9 million euros (previous year 8.4 million euros) 
    * Net income after minority's interest has increased in 
business year 2015 from 1.6 million to 7.4 million euros 
    * Dividend for listed preferred shares of 0.60 euros per 
share and for common shares 0.54 euros per share 
    * Sees FY 2016 positive development in sales and earnings 
    * Sees FY 2016 slight increase of revenue to around 455 
million euros 
    * Sees FY 2016 pre-tax yield without considering effects out 
of purchase price allocation of around 3.5 pct (including 
purchase price allocation effects of around 3.0 pct)
