    * FY revenues of 416.4 million euros ($456.2 million) in 
comparison with previous year of 416.3 million euros 
    * FY net income after minority's interest amounts to 1.6 
million euros (previous year 2.1 million euros) 
    * FY earnings before tax amount to 5.1 million euros 
(previous year 4.0 million euros) with a pretax yield of 1.2 pct
