    * FY earnings before tax amount to 11.8 million euros ($13.34 million) (previous year 5.1 
million euros) 
    * FY net income after minority's interest amount to 7.4 million euros (previous year 1.6 
million euros) 
    * FY revenue of 443.8 million euros in comparison with previous year of 416.4 million euros 
    * For business year 2016, assumes an increase in turnover to around 455 million euros and 
profitability before taxes of around 3 pct 
    * To propose dividend of 0.60 euro per preferred share and 0.54 euro per common share
