Aug 26 (Reuters) - Einhell Germany AG  EING_p.DE : 
    * Turnover in first six months of financial year 2015 
amounts to 228.7 million euros ($260.12 million) (previous year: 
212.9 million euros) 
    * For business year 2015, Einhell-Group assumes an increase 
in turnover to around 425 million euros - 430 million euros and 
profitability before taxes of around 2 pct - 2.5 pct 
    * Without considering effects out of purchase price 
allocation concerning acquisition of Ozito Industries Pty Ltd 
earnings before tax reach a profit margin of 4.2 pct in H1
