        Board Appointment

 

Further to the announcement released on 10 July 2024, the Board of EJFI, which
provides investors exposure to primarily a diversified portfolio of debt
issued by smaller US banks and insurance companies and participation in
certain management fee income streams of EJF Capital LLC, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr John Kingston as a Non-Executive Director of
the Company with effect from 6 September 2024, having received confirmation
from the Jersey Financial Services Commission that it has no objection to such
appointment.

The Directors welcome Mr Kingston to the Board of EJFI and look forward to
working with him going forward.

Collective Investment Funds (Jersey) Law 1988 and the Financial Services
(Jersey) Law 1998, as amended, against liability arising from the discharge of
its functions under such laws.
