The Board of EJF Investments Ltd ("EJFI"), which provides investors exposure
to a diversified portfolio of debt issued by smaller US banks and insurance
companies and participation in certain management fee income streams of EJF
Capital LP ("EJF"), is pleased to announce that Neal Wilson, Chief Executive
Officer of the Investment Manager, will provide a live presentation via
Investor Meet Company on 29 January 2026 at 11:00 GMT.

The live presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.
Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard
up until 28 January 2026 at 09:00 GMT, or at any time during the live
presentation.
