Suspension of trading in the 2025 ZDP Shares

Further to the announcement on 12 May 2025 regarding the early redemption of
the Company's 2025 ZDP shares, the Company announces that applications have
been made to the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a suspension in trading in
the 2025 ZDP Shares on the LSE with effect from 8:00am on Tuesday 13 May 2025.
In addition, applications will be made to the LSE for cancellation of trading
of the 2025 ZDP Shares on the Specialist Fund Segment following their
redemption.

 

As per the announcement on 12 May 2025, redemption proceeds will be paid to
holders of the 2025 ZDP Shares, whose names appeared on the register as at the
close of business on Monday, 12 May 2025 (the "Record Date").
