Dividend Timetable

 

EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the AIM-listed global diagnostics
business, confirms that, further to the passing of the resolution at the AGM,
a cash dividend of 1.2p per ordinary share will be paid in relation to its
2021 results as per the below timetable. The dividend will be paid to
shareholders, on the register at close of business on 4 November 2022, on 1
December 2022.

 

The dividend timetable dates are detailed below:

 

 Ex-dividend date:  3 November 2022
 Record date:       4 November 2022
